We will visit your home and assess the feasibility of what you are trying to achieve and help you decide exactly what type of kitchen extension or loft conversion best suits your needs. We will then provide you with a schedule, breakdown and costs.
We will arrange for your plans to be drawn up by a specialist architectural designer. We will then work with you to refine the plans ready for council submission. During the planning phase we will assist you in gaining your party wall agreements and any other decisions you need prior to works starting.
We will ensure that the works progress in a timely fashion and that the quality of the build is never compromised. We certify payments on a weekly basis to ensure that you are only paying for works that have been completed that week.
At each of the stages above you will be assigned a point of contact responsible for ensuring that all the necessary duties are fulfilled and also to provide you with direction and advice on anything else you may require.
