Gable Roof - Wraparound - Detached
Bold and inspiring

The residence went through a strategic demolition involving its previous structure, paving the way for a refined, wraparound extension. As meticulously detailed in the floor plan, the new build now extends into the side return and flows towards the rear. At the heart of this transformation lies an acentric rear pitched gable roof, elegantly vaulting the internal ceiling and casting an interplay of light and space throughout the interior. The former dining area has been reconfigured to incorporate a understairs utility cupboard alongside a refined WC. Further elevating the design, the staircase has been opened up with a sleek handrail and finely crafted spindles. Finally, the previously exposed structural steels along the flank and rear have been fully concealed, ensuring a flawless and refined external aesthetic.
