A wonderfully expanded home for use by family and guests alike
For this East Dulwich home we built two dormers, over rear and mainframe of house, to create an additional bedrooms and communal shower room. To ensure a minimum head height in the loft of 2.0m we adjusted the 1st flooring ceiling height accordingly.

Construct a dormer over the mainframe of the house creating a bedroom
Construct a former over the rear wing of the house creating a shower room
Build up the side brick cheek
Replace the front roof slope
