Flat Roof - Wraparound - Terraced - L Shaped
Reimagined Space

We removed the existing extension, replacing it with a thoughtfully designed wraparound extension into side return and rear of the property. The timber-framed stepped pitched-flat roof enhances architectural character while maximising natural light, aided by a glass roof and valley.  Internally, the kitchen was extended to improve flow and usable space, then a newly configured utility and WC added.  Structural alterations included relocating the hallway step and lowering the floor within the understairs cupboard to accommodate taller, more practical storage. The rear reception space was opened up to connect seamlessly with the newly created space, while wall and chimney steels were concealed to achieve a clean and cohesive finish throughout.
