Demolish existing rear extension retaining side wall and floor slab
Install secondary steel box frame
GROUND FLOOR:
Extend into side return and towards the rear creating wraparound extension
Construct central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling
Divide up rear section of the rear reception room to create a WC/utility room
The remaining section of rear reception room forms part of the front reception room
Refurbish existing basement
1st FLOOR:
Extend outrigger out 3.4m width x 1.7m depth to create larger rear bedroom
Construct a mono-pitched roof in keeping with the existing outrigger roof
Create an opening in the new 1st floor roof to accommodate a Velux window

From the start of the project they organised appropriate surveys which helped mitigate risk later on in the project. They also arranged building us a temporary kitchen (including sink, washer and dryer) which meant we didn’t have to move out. Throughout the build they keep us up to date with weekly reports on progress, and clearly communicated any potential issues and design decisions that were required. Plus Rooms were responsible of delivering to builders finish which was completed on time and to a high standard. Overall the project was very well managed. Any minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly, and we would definitely recommend working with Plus Rooms to our friends.
