Project details
Demolish the existing, partial, side extension and create a wrap-a-round that extends up to the boundary and closes off the side access
Construct timber framed flat roof to the rear and a glass pitched roof to the side return creating a large, open planned, multi-functional space
Create a new WC and coat space under the stairs
Convert the middle room into a new play room/ utility and create an opening for a side access door
Renovate the front room creating a separate adult space
