Demolish existing rear extension
Extend into side return and towards rear creating wraparound extension
Create a dog leg in on the flank wall following the boundary line
Remove chimney breast in the rear reception room
Divide up rear reception room and create a new WC, utility room and study
Raise the beams into the ceiling to conceal
