Back To FeedWith limited ability to extend square footage due to garden size, we completely transformed the ground floor of this property to improve function, flow and light. The result is a beautiful sage green kitchen that forms part of bright and comfortable dining / lounging space. The eclectic feel is complimented by the wooden floor and large sliding doors that lead the eye out to the garden. Though modest, this extension along with clever structural alterations has completely transformed the ground floor area of this lovely home.

Construct a mono pitched roof to the side return
