Chadwick Road

Pitched (Hip) Roof - Wraparound - Terraced - L Shaped
A comforting reinvention

This incredibly discreet and contemporary extension seamlessly wraps from the lateral side to the back of the home, finishing with a timber‑skeleton roof that transitions between pitched and flat profiles. The ground‑floor layout flows effortlessly between the front and rear reception spaces, facilitated by new steel supports that have been integrated within the structure. A previously existing kitchen doorway has been closed off, and a utility lavatory now occupies the hallway beneath the stairs. Upstairs, the prior central chamber has been subdivided to establish a private bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom at the front of the house, alongside a family bathroom serving the upper floor.
