Demolish existing single-story extension
Demolish retaining wall against side passage and floor structure
Extend kitchen towards the rear garden
Construct central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling
Create box frame, structural support and pad foundation to accommodate the stepped back wall of the house
Remove chimney breast in the rear reception
Insert partitioning to divide up part of the rear reception to accommodate a slightly larger front reception and new kitchen space
