East Sheen Avenue

Pitched (Hip) Roof - Rear - Semi-detached
A standout recreation

Richmond has received an impactful rear extension, which truly stands out due to its size and magnitude, while retaining a touch of simplistic class. The previous structure has been completely removed, with the newest construction peering outwards into the surroundings. A gable roof with high, vaulted ceilings creates an airy and open ambiance, allowing for more exposure to green space and sunlight. The reception chimney breast has been taken out, while a section of the rear reception area has been sectioned off to introduce a practical and stylish utility space. By reimaging the kitchen entrance, and adding a dedicated wine display, every element of this transformation involves a combination of Plus Rooms’ deep rooted experience and the customer’s best interests.
