We used Plus Rooms in 2021 to carry out a side return of our Victorian terrace. We are really pleased with the results and now have a large modern kitchen which has changed the way we live in our home. The builders were polite, considerate and tidy and somebody was on site the majority of the time. The trades used by were top quality and well coordinated by Plus Rooms. The trades were also good as suggesting what would work best for the space through their practical experience. It was disappointing that the project overran but we were building at a difficult time following Brexit and the pandemic and the majority of delays were owing to difficulties in sourcing materials. There have inevitably been some snagging issues since we completed our works but the good thing about using a large company such as Plus Rooms is that you can get hold of somebody to carry out any remedial works required against the guarantee. On the whole, we would recommend them but we would suggest that you spend time fully discussing your requirements at the design stage and make sure that you get a handover meeting and plan in place if you don't use their finishing team.
