This beautifully finished flat roof extension is a great example of how proportions really are the key to good design.
The Crittall style doors compliment the flat roof design, whilst the wooden flooring and neutral colours give the space a warm and inviting feel.

Extend into side return and towards rear creating wraparound extension
Create a court yard approx. 2.5m deep x 2.2m wide
Construct timber framed flat roof
Create an under stairs WC
Divide up part of original kitchen to create utility room (2.5m x 1.7m)
Block up original entrance to front room
Extension size: 9.3m full depth x 6.0m full width; 2.2m in side return and 6.0m from original rear wall
