A crisp, elegant space
The existing extension was demolished to make way for a striking wraparound extension that expanded into both the side return and rear of the property, creating a beautifully open and contemporary living space. Designed with a timber-framed flat roof and clean architectural lines, the extension embraced a minimalist aesthetic, combining generous proportions with an abundance of natural light. A super slim, oversized rear glazing feature was introduced to maximise views of the garden, resulting in a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Internally, the layout was carefully reconfigured to include a practical new utility room, WC and a bespoke coats cupboard positioned opposite the utility space. The overall design delivered a refined and modern kitchen, dining and living environment, flooded with light and finished with a crisp, elegant appearance throughout.
