Beautifully decorated, the result is a wonderfully warm family space
Making use of the existing side return here, we extended further creating a large wraparound extension to really open up the ground floor of this beautiful Wandsworth home. Supporting structures for the ceiling allowed a whole pitched roof side to be glazed flooding the new kitchen with light.

Extend to rear creating wraparound extension in conjunction with the existing side return extension
Retain roof structure to the side return
Construct timber framed pitched-hip roof
Create new WC extending into hallway in line with staircase
Create larger opening between existing kitchen and side return inserting necessary cross beam
