Demolish the existing rear living room (retaining the floor structure and side wall).
Extend the ground floor out towards the rear garden to accommodate a large multi-functional space.
Loft:
Convert the loft by removing the entire roof and reconstructing a new steeper pitch that will accommodate a central flat roof creating a greater floor space.
Construct a partial hip-gable roof with 3x projected dormers.
The loft is to accommodate a new double bedroom with en-suite.
Annex:
Demolish the existing rear garage.
Create a new annex at the front of the property accommodating a new porch, bedroom and en-suite.
