We converted a bungalow into a two storey property
We turned this small bungalow into a sizeable family home. For this amazing transformation we created a new first floor to the rear of the projecting dormer and completely retiled the roof. We built a new staircase through from the hallway on the ground floor which brings you up in the middle of the loft, where you have a lovely sized landing where skylights flood the hallway and stairwell with natural light, ultimately leading to 2 bedrooms and a communal shower room.

We were new to doing extensions and building work and are really glad we went with Plus Rooms for the job. We did a side extension, new kitchen and loft conversion on a bungalow. The builders were friendly, considerate to our neighbours and worked really hard and the plans they put forward have worked out great. We used Plus Rooms recommended suppliers and contractors for the kitchen, plumbing, electrics and finishing and we have a fantastic new space.
