We had a side return extension completed by Plus Rooms and the process was smooth from start to finish. We used Plus Rooms’ own teams for every aspect of the project, including glazing, kitchen and finishing, and every tradesperson was polite, respectful and communicated clearly throughout. Despite the disruption of living without a proper kitchen, the team made it possible for us to remain in the house for the duration and ensured we always had what we needed, including a functional temporary kitchen. The project stayed on budget and largely on schedule, with only minor delays to outdoor works due to poor weather. The kitchen and downstairs loo are fantastic, and the team were brilliant with detail, taking the time to listen and get everything exactly right.
