We have just completed a kitchen side return extension with plus rooms and have been really happy with the process - the building team worked efficiently and were friendly and courteous in our home. The project manager kept us in the loop on everything and was really prompt on coming back to all our many questions. He was very good at finding solutions and managing challenges that cropped up. We tendered for the work and found plus rooms to represent good value, their costs did not change much at all from quote to final and this was something we were worried about.
