Newlands Avenue

Crown Roof - Side & Rear - Detached
A transcending transformation

The transformation began with the removal of the outdated side garage and the final remnants of the chimney stacks, clearing the way for a bold new reconstruction. The property now boasts a lateral expansion that reaches towards the boundary, crowned with a sleek mono-pitched canopy. At the rear, the kitchen now flows seamlessly into a vibrant garden, enhanced by a stunning timber-framed roof with a distinctive sloped gable-hip design. Inside, the ground floor has been completely reimagined—now featuring a stylish utility zone, an expansive open-concept culinary and dining hub, and a generously proportioned front lounge.
