Airy, light filled spaces are considered the pinnacle of modern living and this project is a fine example.
A set of bi-folding doors and a fixed glass panel provide a virtually fully glazed back wall to the extension. We have then installed two large frameless skylights in the roof. The modern kitchen and minimalistic decor compliment the clean lines of the extension, providing a beautiful kitchen/dining space for this Victorian terrace property.

Demolish existing rear extension
Extend into side return and towards rear creating wraparound extension
Construct timber framed pitched-flat roof
