Ondine Road

Pitched (Hip) Roof - Side & Rear - Semi-detached
Simplistic and sleek

This home in Peckham underwent an exquisite kitchen transformation, designed to seamlessly blend practicality and style. Keeping the existing rear extension while expanding the opening for sliding doors, the glazing has been designed meticulously to bring in an abundance of natural light. The installation of a timber-framed mono-pitched roof helped enhance ventilation. In order to make the most of the expansive space, the kitchen was expanded into the side return in addition to adding a glass valley for extra illumination. Updates to the layout involved removing the kitchen chimney breast to create more room for cabinets and countertops. Functionality was further improved by moving the WC to under the stairs, with the overall innovative design ensuring a spacious, efficient, and elegant kitchen, boosting the home’s appeal and value.
