This extremely large project in Elmbridge has transformed this home creating for the owners an abundance of additional space including a multifunctional kitchen / living space. A total refurbishment and reconfiguration of the downstairs and 1st floor was done which also added two additional bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony. We also built here a loft which can be see under our ‘loft’ section.
Project details
Create large ground and first floor extension to accommodate a new multi-functional kitchen living space to the ground floor
Part render side and rear elevations as well as cladding with timber and stone
Ground floor: Create openings on rear wall of ground floor for four sets of sliding doors
1st floor: Add additional two bedrooms and a bathroom
Create larger openings to the rear of the property to accommodate substantial glazing
Loft: new roof and conversion accommodating large additional bathroom and bedroom space
Considerable internal reconfiguration and refurbishment
