The bay and shed have been skilfully dismantled, allowing for a kitchen that now flows elegantly into the backyard. A stunning central pitched gable roof has been introduced, raising the internal ceiling and fostering an airy ambiance. The newly added downstairs bathroom is thoughtfully positioned beneath the stairs, blending seamlessly into the kitchen area. Moreover, the chimney breast has been eliminated from both the rear living room and the bedroom above, creating a beautifully spacious and welcoming environment that enhances the home’s overall charm.

Demolish the existing bay & shed.
Extend the kitchen towards the rear garden.
Construct a central rear pitched gable end roof vaulting the internal ceiling.
Create a new downstairs WC partially under the stairs and partially extending into the current kitchen.
Remove the chimney breast from the rear reception room and from the bedroom directly above.
