A triple pitched crown roof is the true gem of this project as it floods the newly built rear extension with natural light.  The vaulted ceilings create a huge airy space that has been carefully zoned to create a kitchen / dining / lounge area, and we also managed to incorporate a new shower and utility room.

Demolish existing rear extension and conservatory, retaining the side walls
Extend kitchen towards the rear garden
Construct triple pitched crown roof vaulting the internal ceiling
Create new shower and utility rooms within the original rear reception room
Partially plan between the remaining reception room and the new space, leaving some of the existing walls in place

I wanted to thank Plus Rooms for all their efforts in the for the house extension. A huge thank you to Project Manager and Site Manager for helping me through the project. I would recommend Plus Rooms to any friends and family who want to undertake a building project. The real test of how effective a company is, is how they overcome issues as they arise. When challenges arose they navigated their way forward to take the appropriate course of action. It is evitable, for a project of this size for challenges to arise, and in this project when the issues arose, all queries were managed in a timely manner. A special mention of how our Project Manager managed the supply chain issue, especially with Integral (the window company) and also helped in alleviating the matters related to Party Wall issues. Also, a massive thank you to the builders.  I honestly can say were fantastic in the way they managed the project and did not give me a minute's stress. The Electrician and his team were also a massive help in the electrics, and as plumbing issues arose the Plumbers responded accordingly. The advantage of using Plus Rooms is the project management and pre-build services as it provides a structure of project oversight as well as the providing a process to escalate issues as they come up. The extra layer of Site Manager provides the oversight for quality control in the work performed. Thank you Plus Rooms Less
