Striking and atmospheric entertaining space
The kitchen was extended into the side return and partially out towards the rear garden. Due to the limited space the garden was set to meet in at the same level with the kitchen floor allowing the two spaces to work as one when the large rear doors are opened up. The attention to detail on the finishes complements a bold wooden kitchen whilst the creative garden design provides a delightful view to the garden.

Demolish existing side conservatory and concrete floor slab
Extend into side return and rear creating a wraparound extension
Construct timber framed pitched/ hip roof
Create new downstairs cupboard, remove chimney breast & install Velux windows
Create classic, clean lined extension with opening for folding doors
