Tantallon Road

Pitched (Hip) Roof - Side & Rear - Semi-detached
Lighting up the night

The aim of the project was to bring a breath of fresh air by utilising the extra space to form a more open footprint. The distinctive pitched roofline with its custom timber structure creates an architectural focal point in material and construction. By reconfiguring the internal layout, the living areas has been improved to feel more spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Large glazed sections bring in an abundance of daylight, enhancing the sense of airiness and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. Thoughtful additions such as bespoke storage solutions and intelligently placed utilities increases practicality while giving further storage options. In order to preserve a minimalist aesthetic throughout, structural reinforcements have been expertly concealed.
