The Drive 2

Crown Roof - Rear - Terraced - Flat Back
A soothing and bright presence
The rear section of the property underwent a full upgrade, transforming it into a harmonious blend of contemporary functionality and traditional charm. The outdated glass conservatory was removed with precision, making way for new garden-facing brickwork and a sliding glass door designed to replicate the style of the original structure at the upper level. A freshly installed insulated concrete base now provides enhanced energy efficiency and a durable surface. The kitchen area was expanded into the backyard, seamlessly merging the additional space with the existing design for a unified and highly practical layout. To crown the new extension, a timber-framed roof offers a sleek, weather-resistant, and well-insulated solution to complete the transformation.
