A classy addition
The recent renovation has transformed the property into a modern, functional living space. The existing extension was demolished to create a contemporary kitchen that seamlessly integrates with the rear garden, enhancing natural light and connectivity. A timber-framed flat roof was constructed, adding a sleek, modern touch while ensuring structural integrity. Internally, a section of the playroom was reconfigured to accommodate a utility area, optimizing space and improving functionality. To maintain a clean aesthetic, structural steel elements in the flank and rear walls were concealed, preserving the sleek lines of the interior design.
