Beautifully showcased garden
This reconfiguration involved the back reception being divided up to become part of a larger front reception, as well as creating a new cloakroom space and utility. This, however, took away a window access from rear reception to the kitchen. As a result of the redesign, no access is required directly through to the kitchen. This created more wall to better optimise the layout of the kitchen design and better functionality. This earthy, fresh space has been designed beautifully the first half used for kitchen, the second half for dining and living which leaves the extension less cluttered with a more open aspect and a better garden view.

Plus Rooms have just completed an L-shaped extension on the side and end of the ground floor of our Victorian terrace. We are very pleased with the result. After having various architects around who give me no new ideas Plus Rooms came round and immediately understood how we used our current space and made a suggestion that was different and I knew would work for our family. The job was reasonably priced and I felt their pricing schedule was clear with the extras listed. The job started on time and the actual build was completed ahead of schedule. The builders were considerate and tidy as we were still living in the property. Plus Rooms were around nearly everyday to check on progress and were there if we needed a mediator between us and the builders (which we didn't). We are very happy with what we have achieved and I would highly recommend Plus Rooms. Less
