Elegant creation of Space
The property was enhanced to create additional ground floor space. The scheme included extending towards the rear garden to form a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, along with a side extension to accommodate a utility room and shower room. Internal alterations involved inserting new partitioning within the utility to create a dedicated shower room with its own entrance, while the front reception layout was reconfigured by removing and repositioning partition walls to better define separate front and rear reception spaces. The existing kitchen was removed and all associated pipework safely capped off, and the dining room chimney breast was taken out with appropriate steel support installed to maintain structural integrity.

They communicated clearly, brought in the right specialists, and resolved the matter efficiently, which gave us confidence in how they handle challenges.
