We had our side return extension done with Plus Rooms on our Victorian terrace in 2024. We now have a fantastic kitchen/dining room that has transformed the house.
We were nervous Plus Rooms seemed a bit too good to be true after we found online, but thankfully we were proved wrong. We chose them because we couldn’t cope with the stress of bringing together an architect and individual contractors and we wanted the project to be managed for us. We also could not get clear quotes when we were trying to arrange ourselves. Plus Rooms took away all of that stress and although there is slightly less creativity with the planning/architect stage, it is totally possible to make elements bespoke.
The pricing and the communication is clear. I have NEVER worked with a building company with a better system of process, admin and communication. It honestly made the process so much better, it’s all super transparent and easy to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plus Rooms and we’re grateful for the new space in our home.
