We felt Plus Rooms stood out from the beginning; their approach when we talked through what we wanted for our rear extension felt personal rather than one-size fits all and accommodated all the specific features we requested. Plus Rooms were great, they coordinated the entire process from the beginning; from arranging the architects, submitting for planning permission, liaising with building control, arranging all the appropriate surveys and taking care of all the building elements too (structural engineering, building, plumbing, electrics, plastering etc). Both our project manager and site foreman were great; making appropriate recommendations, explaining options and ensuring the building process ran seamlessly. The building crew were fab; we lived-in and they sealed off part of the house to reduce the impact of dust & to keep everything secure. They kept the site tidy and were always polite, courteous and always arrived / left on time. We are so pleased with the end result, the extension looks fantastic and we would not hesitate in recommending Plus Rooms!
