Plus Rooms did a ground floor rear extension with skylight to my 1 bed flat in SE London in early 2016 and added a patio. The quality of their work is great and the weekly payments mean you only pay for completed work and can manage cash flow. Was very impressed that they did a wash up meeting too and went through a snag list which they addressed. A very modern approach and friendly people.
