We were very impressed by Plus Rooms who recently completed a side return and rear extension to one of our rental properties in East Dulwich. They kept to their promised 8 week building schedule and solved problems as they went along. We especially like the way that their project manager stood in between ourselves as the client and their builders, and sub-contractors – so there were never any communication problems. If we had any queries we asked the project manager and he got them sorted very quickly. We have used several other loft conversion/ extension companies on our portfolio of rental properties – Plus Rooms are the only firm we would happily recommend to others. They are head and shoulders above the competition in terms of quality control and overall professionalism.
