We employed Plus Rooms to build a loft and rear extension on our house in South West London. Before engaging Plus Rooms, we received quotes from other similar firms and whilst they were not the cheapest, it was their professionalism, strong reputation and track record that made us select them over the competition. From the start the team were fantastic and their advice to help us secure an ambitious planning consent was spot on. Once on site, the build team were excellent and the quality of the work was exactly as we had hoped for. There were no hidden costs throughout the project and where we made changes that we knew would increase the costs, the additions were very reasonable. The project was very well managed by the project co-ordinator who was attentive and always available on the end of the phone if we needed him. The finishing teams were also excellent and the end result is a cut above other similar projects we have seen with other firms. The aftercare has also been very good which is important as there will always be snagging at the back end and many firms will quickly forget about you after all the work is done. All in all, Plus Rooms come very highly recommended. They are extremely professional and are a building company that you can trust to deliver a quality end product
