We had put off significant building work on our home for a few years because we were nervous about it going wrong. Some neighbours used Plus Rooms and recommended them so highly that we got in touch. From that first meeting to the final wash up meeting they were exactly what we needed for our ground floor extension and 1st floor refurbishment. We did the side return on our Victorian semi, as well as reconfiguring the ground floor to add a downstairs WC and utility. Upstairs we merged two small rooms into a large family bathroom and completely stripped, rewired and re-finished a bedroom. From design, to planning permission to building and finishing everything was done with amazing support and project management. When challenges came up (which they do on any build), we were so impressed by the project management and team approach to finding and implementing solutions. There is no way we could have delivered the work in the time we did if we had been trying to coordinate contractors ourselves. The communication and budget management was excellent and predictable throughout. We can’t believe what Plus Rooms achieved for us in 6 months. It’s transformed the way we live in our home and we are very happy with the result. We would use them again.
