Plusrooms developed and modernised our kitchen – extending into a side return. We LOVE our new kitchen – a spacious, bright, welcoming, stylish room – very different from the cramped and decrepit conditions in place before. The process was much less painful than we had imagined. The initial consultations were friendly and creative: we arrived at a pleasing design quickly and Plusrooms accommodated our requests without hesitation. The various stages were carefully explained and as things progressed we were kept in the loop with adjusted timetables. Plusrooms offered to provide a temporary kitchen in our main rooms, but we felt there was no need for this. The teams who did the work – builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators (known as finishers), were amiable, hard-working and highly efficient. We enjoyed their company and they were entirely responsive to our requests, explaining carefully issues that we hadn’t quite understood! We had a great deal of trouble getting our power company to move a gas meter, which held things up – but Plusrooms were flexible and worked round the problem. The extension was – I guess – expensive, but we were entirely satisfied by the results. We heartily recommend this company.
