Plus Rooms completed a side return extension and re modelling of our existing ground floor space to create an open plan kitchen with separate utility room and cloakroom. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the process and are delighted with the result. The building team were excellent, they were reliable, courteous and keen to ensure that we were happy with each stage of the build. Plus Rooms suggested a crown roof which adds character and a spacious aspect, we were keen to have red roof tiles to match the main roof and brick detailing rather than the popular grey slate tiles, again Plus Rooms accepted our preference and changed the roof pitch to accommodate. The finishing team were also excellent, nothing was too much trouble, our builder was patient and made helpful suggestions when we changed our minds about the sink design, all workers involved were clearly proud of their work and wanted to do a good job. We initially found Plus Rooms from google searches and not through a recommendation, so potentially very risky, we have friends who have had building projects that have gone badly wrong, we feel very lucky and could not recommend Plus Rooms highly enough.
