Plus Rooms worked on our loft conversion and were a pleasure to work with. The team worked with us to create the initial plans and drawings and then helped us navigate the necessary consents (party wall), making the process straightforward.
The actual build was well managed – the build team were careful, tidy and knowledgeable. The project manager ensured the various tradespersons were there at the correct point in the process and everything ran very smoothly. Unlike other building companies we have worked with, there were people working on site very day. We had some considerable scope creep – items that were not included in the initial scope – which resulted in the cost of the project being greater than we had expected. Plus Rooms were explicit on what was included – it was our inexperience that meant we didn’t anticipate those. We are extremely pleased with the finished result of our project, the space looks fantastic and has transformed our home. We have recommended Plus Rooms to friends who are planning to do projects.
