Plus Rooms built our kitchen extension for us. They provided a first class service throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They had excellent design ideas and although we used their architects rather than our own, they were willing to incorporate all our design ideas (some of which were quite complicated), so we got exactly the design we wanted. The build itself was carried out very efficiently. But the stand out feature for us was the customer service not only was everything managed and coordinated extremely well, they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with everything and any small snags were dealt with extremely quickly. I’ve had trouble persuading builders to return to site on previous projects, but the project coordinator made sure that we were happy with absolutely everything before signing off on the project.
