Plus Rooms did our loft extension back in 2012. We then had a rain water leak through the extraction fan into the shower, but I didn’t get round to telling them about it. By the time we acted, the guarantee had expired and we were out of time to sue (had we needed to). We paid a local one-man band roofer three times to fix it, which he didn’t. We then asked another well-known local roofer to look at it and he quoted £4-5k to replace the whole roof. So I did what I should have done in the first place and asked Plus Rooms – even though there was no legal reason for them to assist, within days their man had come round and re-sealed the shower unit roof, fixed the problem completely. I offered to pay but they wouldn’t accept anything. Brilliant customer care.
