We used Plus Rooms on recommendation of a friend and after looking through various other companies for our kitchen extension. We realised that we were probably paying more for the complete package but in the end think this was actually very good value as we were guided through the process from very early on and all the separate teams integrate really well. As with the other reviews we really valued having a single Project Co-ordinator as point of access. We were lucky enough to have Richard for whom nothing was too much trouble and was always responsive to emails and available for calls. The overall level of professionalism and attention to detail, from most of the individual teams, but particularly in our case the builders, was by far the best experience we have had with any tradespeople. They were very respectful to us, the house and our neighbours and always left the rest of the house as clean as possible at the end of each day. This really contributed to making the whole project about as stress free as I can imagine it could be (and that is saying a lot considering our project was halted in April due to the lockdown). I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and have already done so to several friends.
