We decided to use Plus Rooms for our ground floor extension and first floor bathroom refurbishment after being recommended them by a friend who had similar work done. We found the whole experience with Plus Rooms to be very good from start to finish. They are a great choice if you have not completed any building work before, as the team walked us through the planning, building and finishing process very clearly so that we understood what was happening at every stage. The customer service is exceptional; when we had issues these were sorted and prioritised quickly. We felt that the pricing was fair throughout, we were not hit by any large, unexpected costs. Overall we would highly recommend Plus Rooms!
