We used Plus Rooms for our kitchen side return as well as some work upstairs including a new bathroom and study. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Plus Rooms to anyone wanting to do major work to their property. To have a planning and project coordinator from start to finish made the process really smooth. We weren’t sure how to go about applying for planning permission and organising the party wall agreement etc so it was amazing to know these things among many others were all taken care of. The organisation throughout was great, having the weekly schedules and payment timelines which all went to plan (actually the build was finished a few weeks early!). Thanks so much to all the team for the amazing work and taking such good care of us – we are so happy with our amazing new space!
