We hired Plus Rooms for our kitchen extension and a partial garage conversion and they were excellent. We were very keen not to have to do much project management as we had a second baby on the way and they took charge of everything. Communication and timelines were clear and organised and we had weekly site meetings with our project manager, who was brilliantly helpful, and the project stayed on track and was completed as scheduled. A first! We were particularly impressed with how they dealt with the odd inevitable issue that comes up in any building project – we felt well looked after. The contractors were friendly and efficient and the quality of work was very good. Aftercare has been great, too. We’d definitely recommend them if it’s a design and build service you’re after. Lovely team, great all-in-one service.
