We used Plus Rooms to build a side return extension and knock through the existing dining room, utility and kitchen. Right from the planning stages at the start, they were brilliant and kept to the schedule almost to the day, which is unheard of!! Everyone who worked on our project was really knowledgeable and friendly, from the builders to plumber, electrician and finishing team. Our Project Manager was always on hand to answer any questions, queries or worries. As we’d never done anything like this before, we were a little anxious about the process, but there was no need to be!
We also used Integral for our doors, skylights and kitchen and again, we couldn’t fault the service at all. They made some great suggestions and ideas on the design and their prices were competitive to other big name kitchen companies. I honestly don’t think we would’ve had the same level of customer service if we’d gone with anyone else.
Overall, we’d 100% recommend using Plus Rooms (and already have recommended them to friends!) Our only regret is not doing the work sooner!
