Plus Rooms did my loft conversion in October 2015. Instead of the usual bedroom and ensuite bathroom, I chose to put a kitchen/diner, study and roof terrace in the extended space. Plus Rooms ensured a smooth transition from my early deliberations and ideas of what I wanted, through to the finished extension which I’m thrilled with. The quotation was thorough and competitive and helpful in the weekly payment structure and clarity around added extras. I had been apprehensive about teams of burly builders working on and in my flat, but in reality they couldn’t have been more polite, always tidying up after themselves and with an incredible work ethic. I was also impressed with the flexibility of Plus Rooms staff to accommodate to my limited ability to communicate with them through the standard working day, instead taking calls/meeting me before/after work and thereby helping me out enormously. All in all a professional company who I would highly recommend.
