Where to start with the positive feedback for PlusRooms … if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would!!
We had a kitchen side return, addition of a downstairs bathroom and a full ground floor renovation.
Starting at the beginning… embarking on any building work can be daunting, but PlusRooms takes all that anxiety and worry away from you, from the initial consultation to plans of work and the schedule of what works will be done each week and what you need to pay. This makes the whole project transparent and easy to manage, and all the main expenses are included – such as the skylight glass and sliding door which we found other companies didn’t include in their quotes !!
The work then started… and the team made a conscious effort to put us and neighbours at ease, always leaving the place tidy and ensuring rubbish was removed each week. The small things were always considered. It made the whole experience a positive one and they always kept to the schedule of work and timeline which was great.
As for the finished result, there aren’t words. We feel privileged to be able to say we own this. The kitchen looks incredible, finished to perfection, the bathroom is a show stopper, and the lounge and hall renovation have been finished to an equally high standard! The double parquet floor, just perfect! I would highly recommend PlusRooms to everyone thinking about renovation work, I don’t regret anyone decision we made with them.
