Plus Rooms worked with us to extend and reconfigure the ground floor of our semi-detached home located in a conservation area. The project also included submitting planning application, lowering the floor and building an adjoining bathroom. We really appreciated the level of professionalism shown by our project coordinator and all of their contractors. Our face to face meetings were very useful and they were also very good at returning calls or text messages. We encounter an issue towards the end of the project with our builder, but our project coordinator resolved the issue by stepping up, providing us with options and ensuring that the outcome was exactly what we wanted. The finishing team they recommended was excellent as well. Overall, we are very happy with our home extension and will probably use Plus Rooms again for any project in the future!
